Add the ability for a user to log in to a single app for different environments.

HOW TO TEST:

  1. Login to the app.
  2. Log out and clear cache
  3. Change the environment url to th-preview
  4. Login with thai credentials
  5. Ensure the sync happens.
    THIS HAS PASSED QA.

However one cannot go back to the stage apk.
Even after clearing the data and changing the url to stage, the login page still shows the thai logo

the apk points to stage but the logo and the app is thai. the login credentials are for stage @faidvd @Rkareko

UPDATE: that's expected behaviors the apk provided is thai apk pointing to staging server
