我們需要將環境中用來 benchmark 的資訊保存下來，以方便實驗不同的負載平衡演算法

#1710 討論了 ClusterBean的序列化方式
#1704 則是完善 ClusterInfo 的序列化方式

這隻議題則著重在如何在 app or web 上讓使用者可以方便地拿到上述兩個資訊的二進制檔
