I have very limited expierence with iOS so correct me if I'm wrong, if we upload the IPA files to dropbox we can with this tool directly install them without checking from Apple or what is this all about

It would seem so, it's something pointed by @g123k the other day, but neither one of us has had the time to investigate yet.
Basically, it would mean saving the signed IPA as a GitHub artefact, since it's a desktop tool

That shouldn't be a problem, that was something I have on my agenda (currently just for apks) but didn't want to implement in into the already large #2777, if ad-hoc is working as expected I'm happy to add this
