Celiac Diseased patient should get instant info about gluten free products

Since you know a large number of people got get diagnosed with Celiac disease and they can't intake products with Gluten since they are allergic to Gluten. I want this App to give an alert to Celiac person if product being scanned has Gluten and should show alert if the product is Gluten free

I am still in progress and biggest challenge is detection of contamination By the way I welcome all to contribute or find a solution would love to clear any doubts that may arise
