Add inline taxonomy translation

What

• Lots of times it would be super easy to translate unknown ingredients/categories when editing a product or just looking at the product page.
• E.g. the ingredient analysis of product 5999884931546 has a single untranslated ingredient "hu:kék mák". There's already an ingredient "en:blue poppy seed", so if someone knows the English (or any other existing) translation, then he/she can suggest that translation inside the ingredient analysis box.
• If the ingredient cannot be translated, then the user could still suggest an ingredient name in English and possibly also suggest the more generic type of ingredient (in any language).
• Of course this needs peer review before becoming part of the taxonomy, but that could also be done on the product pages. For example a translation can become reviewed if a different contributor adds the same translation independently.

In other words: turn the translation problem around: no need to translate thousands of items from English to the local language, just translate this few unknown items from the local language to English.

I think this second direction is much more manageable and easier distributed than the first one.
