Describe the bug

Some times the image is deleted or not found. Which by default give use no image which looks bad. I think we should add image that if an image is not working it will replace it.

Steps to reproduce

Scroll threw the trending repos

@Bashamega my guess is that a lot of these repos end up being spam accounts that get shut down, so if you go to them, there won't be anything there. Of course, that's not always the case. The default for a GitHub user who doesn't have a profile image looks something like this:

That makes it clear that the user hasn't added anything.

@BekahHW I think this raises a bigger issue, i think we should integrate spam filters. So if the account is banned or closed we should remove the repo, which will make the db use less space, and it will load better repos, for users.

We can do that by creating a cron job which runs every 24 hours which will check if the repo is not found then delete it for the DB

@zeucapua so we currently have something in place or are working on something that will address spam repos?
