Netlify’s pretty_urls setting seems required for Decap CMS to load config.yml

Hello,

I've encountered an issue with Decap CMS where it returns a 404 error when trying to load config.yml if pretty_urls is set to false in netlify.toml.

I was able to resolve the issue by changing pretty_urls to true.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Additionally, could switching pretty_urls to true have any unintended effects on other parts of the theme or the websites built with it?
