Issue:
the age category arrangement in different plans differs. e.g look at the position of the <6 category in the plans below.

see below samples:
plan name MDA-Point 2021-09-13 MK2

plan name MDA-Point 2021-09-28 VR Test 6

plan name MDA-Point 2021-09-21_SK
