Our cloud foundry deployment requires you uploading your app-services (cloud foundry apps) into a maven repository (e.g. artifactory). in order for ocopea to integrate with it you'll have to set it up either via the UI or API calls. in the UI you can set up a "maven" artifact registry and put your repository URL.

@xia-rongyan could not post her registry details due to security reasons, but I did look at it and it looked fine. I have asked her to try naming the registry shpanregistry and give it a shot. We have that bug/limitation.

I did make a fix for this in ocopea/orcs#20. Maybe there is another issue here, or the fix didn't cover all paths.
