The puzzle 29-67e5e248 from #29 has to be resolved:

deog/src/main/kotlin/org/objectionary/deog/sources/XslTransformer.kt

Lines 47 to 48 in d77573f

* @todo #29:90m/DEV This class is stateless set of static functions, and instance of this class should not exist.
* It needs to be refactored and either turned into set of util functions, or get some kind of state.

The puzzle was created by @c71n93 on 12-Oct-23.

Estimate: 90 minutes, role: DEV.

If you have any technical questions, don't ask me, submit new tickets instead. The task will be "done" when the problem is fixed and the text of the puzzle is removed from the source code. Here is more about PDD and about me.
