Customizing an option's value doesn't record option in history

Hi Omar,

Something I noticed: If I C-h v, then choose an option and C-. c to customize its value, the option itself is not saved in the history list; so if I want to customize the option again, I have to type it out again, rather than selecting it from the history list. If this could be solved, it would make this even more convenient. :)

That's a good point. I would love if Embark could solve candidates in the minibuffer history variable when acting on them.
