What is the expected behavior?

If you are on the homepage, you select your location and gets redirected to the list of candidates page.

What is the current behavior?

Right now, if you are on the homepage, after selecting your location you still need to click on the search button.

What are the steps to reproduce?

1. Go to homepage and select location
2. Press search button
3. Redirects you to the list of candidates page
