Persist chosen site in multi-site menu

Unsure if this is a bug or a feature, but it would be nice if, after you select a site from the multisite menu, that site remained the active site after you perform any operation.

Steps to replicate:

• Go to /retour/redirects
• Change from "All Sites" to anything else
• Select some redirects and delete them
• When page reloads, the selected site has reverted back to "All Sites"

This same behavior happens if you edit or add a new static redirect, too.
