This will make it easier to lookup LGAs and join/merge with other existing datasets

Should be available somewhere in here https://www.abs.gov.au/statistics/statistical-geography/australian-statistical-geography-standard-asgs

Alternatively, the readabsmaps or strayr packages could be used to find the respective spatial codes.
