Previous RC had an issue in the runtime which caused a bug. You may have experienced it on testnet. RC2 reverts the changes which caused that bug.
To be ready for a new releases, please upgrade your own indexers using our recommendations.
For a reference please see release notes for 1.19.0.rc2
This commit doesn't include any changes on the NEAR Indexer Framework side. No additional changes to apply to your indexers are expected during dependency upgrade.
