Weekly update

Arto:

• Balancer tests. Now these are running, but 20 are failing with random number failing (see here: Fix the Balancer tests #3665). Some of the tests seems to fail, but they're passing.
• Anemone. No major updates.
• Doc updates. Some PRs that would help to onboard Frank.
• Chainsafe cooperation. Aiden requires some time schedules, need more inputs here.

Alex:

• EVM roadmap
• EVM partner form

Eugene:

• Updated PR on EVM (addressed comments of Max)

Mike:

• Sick leave
• Chain IDs discussion <-- we need to remove our ID from there. Additional comments needed from @mikedotexe
• Pet shop updated, all works good, need to be updated once the PR is merged into the NEAR Core
• Updated the info on setting up the NEAR stack locally. This is crucial for the EVM development. This doc would be included in the Pet shop.
• Moloch are using Hardhat, starting to dig into how we can enable this
