Seems like the Singularity route fails because of updates of Singularity.
I am using Singularity 3.8.3. And according to documentations of Singularity 3.0 or newer, they no longer have the commands "create" and "bootstrap". Therefore, the "make singularity" step failed. It would be appreciated if there is a fix.
