Checklist version of the parts List

When we started the intimidating process of ordering parts, we realized that it would be incredibly helpful if there was a checklist for the parts, so we could ensure that we had ordered everything.

We worked around it by just copying and pasting things into a Google doc and adding the checkboxes.
