Put more stuff up front and less in the menus

The website is a bit difficult to navigate, and some of the information is buried in menus. The weird dark area on the top with the slogan takes up a lot of prime real estate. I think a design similar to the 2011 design of bitcoin.org would look nicer and be easier to use. The news could be on the bottom, like in the 2012 design.

I think you could fit all of the links on the front page in this way, it would make it much easier to browse.
