Design a beefed-up (joint) donation page

There’s a "DONATE" link in the footer that currently takes people to TCC’s generic donation page.

Our instinct is that an LIH-specific donation page would be more persuasive – it could refer to the goals of the Hub, explain how exciting the TCC/mySociety collaboration is, and why you should support us. There could be links to the two orgs’ donation pages, as well as a custom “contact us” for more substatial donors to talk to us about how they could support the site.
