Hey folks, I was just exploring the external import endpoint, and had a couple of questions/feature requests I was hoping to understand!
First, is there any way to pass the incident category to the endpoint (in addition to the title + subject)? Though I guess linked to that, is there a way to query those in advance?
Secondly, am I right in thinking it generates a pre-populated, "unconfirmed" issue that is then emailed to the user? Is there a way to obtain the URL for that without getting it via the user email?
