Have you considered pre-creating a Fix my street for all cities in the world, based on Open Street Map/Wikidata data/+ potentially some GenAI to pre-populate configs ?

One could imagine where local councils could then take ownership of the instance in (semi)autonomy. There would be a free tier to avoid/reduce backlash, and a paid tier to ensure sustainability of MySociety.

We have similar tools in some cities in France, but the issues are not public, and it's up to the city's openess…
