Are random perturbations added to make the graph more aesthetically pleasing as the same type of cells do not lie on one Y axis( Figure 4,pseudo-time)? Also, is the curve (umap) in Figure 4 hand-drawn by the author, or did he get it from the graph? Was it drawn by hand, or did he get it from some package? Can the author provide specific implementation code to help me understand your work better?
