Hello. I recently tried vscode liveshare and got confused. No liveshare audio queues were played and no speech came from it when someone was editing my line. I checked the "liveshare.accessibility.accessibilityFeaturesEnabled" settings and it is Off by default and no other options were there to turn this setting On. However other accessibility settings are on, output device is default and volume is 100%.
In settings json file i tried to change "liveshare.accessibility.accessibilityFeaturesEnabled": "off" to "on", but it gave me a warning that hey, no "on" allowed.

I use windows 11 64 bit, VSCode 1.93.1, NVDA 2024.3 screenreader.
Liveshare version is I suppose 1.0.5940, because autoupdate of liveshare is enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Download extension liveshare and turn on your NVDA screenreader.
  • VSCode must be in "screenreader optimized" mode.
  • start collaboration session and let someone join.
  • Lets your friend edit the same line. Congratulations, no sound.
