Make finding the cursor clearer/easier

Feature request: when idle for a second or two, make the cursor flash so you can tell where it is. (I got lost when trying to draw things.)

I have some other ideas for this. One might be to always draw the cursor separately from the drawing, that way it can be as big as I want to make it. (Maybe even a toggle in the menu for how big or what style of cursor to draw.)
