Use #1358 description to update the book:

structure of mbtiles file when used with bindiff patches (both gz and non-gz)
commands to create and apply patches
validation aspects:
- each tile is verified when patched (using hash)
- for non-gz, aggregate hash is verified
- for gz, aggregate hash is NOT verified, but recomputed (we may want to think how to improve this)
