Are the core provided fields really required here (move them to services)

Are the fields localgov_email_address, localgov_facebook, localgov_twitter, localgov_phone used outside localgov services landing page? Perhaps its best to move them to the appropriate module?

They should like services fields to me, so moving them might be a good idea. Though since services is required by core, it might not make much of a difference whether they are moved or not.
