Option to increase cell width?

The current max width works well on my laptop, but not on my 4k monitor. Is there any way to increase that? e.g. Notion has a "wide mode". Would be nice if I could set a percent as well.

I don't think there's an actual benefit of the code editor being wider, because the current max width is big enough that the formatter would keep the code within that width in most cases, and in general having extremely long lines is not a good practice.

On the other hand, for cell outputs we already have a magnify option that makes them take the full width.

For me, there's a psychological benefit to having more space, even if the lines are short. So having the option is nice.

For now we only plan to tackle it through #2251. If that won't be satisfactory, the custom CSS is the way to go.
