How to deploy app?

In a video demo, I see there is a deploy button

But not on my livebook instance:

I can only launch preview??

My livebook instance is setup by using dockerfile

The video demo is old. In latest Livebook, we broke the Deploy button into 3:

• Preview (only runs in your app)
• Deploy with Livebook Teams (uses livebook.dev/teams for one click deploys)
• Manual Docker Deployments (generates a Docker file for deployment)

The Preview button is equivalent to the old Deploy button.

Currently my solution is use watchexec to watch the apps dir and trigger docker restart.
