Identify a mechanism to define a way to link the different smart cells or integrations in livebook so that we can use livebook as low/no code platform.
Let us say an enterprise would like to develop its business processes for different users and it includes things like:
1.User filling a form then submit.
2.Upon submission other users who does the next function are notified and can do something on data/order such as hot external systems , manual then log finding ,..etc
3.E-mail sent once a certain event is received or any other defined action ,..etc
Plus some other dashboards and screens can be developed for others to view where the current process is , history ,..etc
Another sample project will be to use it to develop CRUD/admin screens for any other enterprise applications in case out of box or standard ones are not meeting requirements or more costly or just it makes it simpler to modernize enterprise platform like using livebook to build limits or fee management service serving API for most of enterprise service.
Please note the above is just an example of what could be built , so defining like a protocol or architecture for the livebook team
and community how to create collaborating components could be what is really asked here.
