Maintainer preference on many issues vs. meta-issue (mobile improvements)

Hi friends,

For various reasons, I tend to do a lot of work on my phone, and I'd love to be able to use a remote Livebook as a sort of notepad/scratchpad/editor. It's really close to working well on small screens -- it's fine for reading, for instance -- but actually writing/interacting with the notebook is rather painful at a moment. Death by a thousand paper cuts :)

I recently sat down and made a list of bugs/issues when using Livebook from a mobile device and came up with 12 things. I hope to tackle many of these myself.

Would maintainers prefer that I make individual issues for each item (perhaps all with the area:frontend tag) or one meta-issue with the entire list of improvements?

Hey @zachallaun! I think in this case a single issue is preferable :)
