[INVESTIGATION] Found obfuscated file and none of the encodings work on it

I have a clearly obfuscated file that i found from a website that hosts movies. all I know is that its constantly clearing the console and checking if a connection isOpen or isEnabled

The abiliy to unobfuscate this file

Ive tried all encodings but im not a cryptographer
