Circles in dotplots represent pairs of genes and should get info regarding both in the tooltip #370

And if ever there is a dual-gene linkout service I guess it would be a good place to invoke it! (of course, it's a special case of a multi-gene linkout service, but sometimes pairwise is special)

I'll add that this should include mouseover behavior as well, i.e. hovering over a dot in the dot-plot should highlight both genes it corresponds to in the micro-synteny viewer.
