Hey 👋

Currently the logic that transforms JavaScript query parameters to tedious data types is private and cannot be overriden without some unclean tinkering with the tedious stuff passed in MssqlDialect's config object.

We might want to provide a way to pass a function that overrides the default behavior, similar to how it's done in pg.
