Initially, all text was sourced from MyNEU. The text has varying verbosities, and we should be able to standardize them

Removing good first issue, since I think a copy review of this scale as the only issue for newcomers would be daunting and it's really not a good first issue. It's something that would be great to be done, but it's probably going to take multiple hours to standardize all the text.
