FPS GUI element works like a counter and it even goes to negative values like -20 if the fps is capped to too low values (like 30). After uncapping the fps and then setting it back to 30, the fps meter went to like -700 after starting counting down from 30 again.
To Reproduce
Have FPS capped to 30 or less
Expected behavior
FPS GUI element shows correct fps values (or at least over 0)
Debug info
