CleanGUI screws up advancements tab

Describe the bug
when you have the cleanGUI module enabled and you open the advancements tab, the background is misaligned

To Reproduce

1. enable cleangui
2. press L

Expected behavior
i expect something like this:

Lol I have no idea how this happens

It happens because we are disabling the shadow layers which also clip the textures from what I remember of looking at the code while ago. The fix if memory is correct would be render the clip but without the transparency attached to it.
