Are we doing any swag? If yes—what?

I think having at least t-shirts would be awesome. I know it's hard to figure out sizes and amounts, but that would make it kinda limited edition? I'd love to see these:

  • grey t-shirt with JSFest logo (the one on Twitter)
  • CSSConf
  • Oakland.js
  • Nodeconf logo, but without one-shot
  • Nothing is Sacred, because it's awesome
  • Hapi? Browserified?

Stickers are easy and no brainer.

What do you think @mikeal? I can help out with something or ask Amy—she does all the swag at &yet.

I confirmed that MailChimp will send their swag, which is damn amazing too.

can't say oaklandish, there's more trademark drama around that then there is for node.js :P

@thefoxis sponsors are welcome to send whatever they like and we'll put it out at registration. teespring is also re-opening @substack's classic OaklandJS shirt for purchase.

I didn't think we'd have the money around for event t-shirts but if we close a few more sponsorships we'll have plenty, so if anyone has the time for t-shirt design we can do it, provided we have 3 weeks of lead time with the printer.

So I had this thought about putting a JSFest + CSSConf + whatever we want on Cotton Bureau for sale. They handle printing very well and shipping as well. We could donate the income to a charity / hacker school / diversity related initatives or put it towards future JSFest or whatnot.

What do you think @mikeal? I can provide the design.

Might be better to use teespring since they are a sponsor :) http://teespring.com/

Yeah, that was my initial thought, but their print quality is lower and women tee options are almost non-existent :( Just got one t-shirt recently and it was really disappointed, which is why I suggested Cotton Bureau. Will look more into Teespring options then
