Processing the not_vulnerable.csv file

I created a script to process the not_vulnerable.csv file for Dahua cameras. At the moment, passwords are saved in the following format:

A question for experts: how can I implement a script so that I can connect to the camera and get a screenshot?
I previously sent the data to the author about the exploit, but the author of the ingram is silent. I have to act with the help of the community
