[Feature Request]: Hide mouse cursor behind the notch without triggering the menu bar

Description

When in full screen in any app, when the mouse is over the menu bar area the menu bar is shown. I would suggest the abbility to hide the mouse behind the notch area, without triggering the menu bar appearence. For example, the iBar app allows to do that (it seems to display an invisible menu bar icon with the size of the screen length).
