Add tag

You should tag last commit as 1.0.0 or at least 0.1.0 (but I think it's pretty stable now, as there's almost no changes happening to this library) so that composer dependencies could be set-up properly. Requiring dev-master is never good, as it could break application after vendors update - no way to know if some backwards-incompatible changes were done.
Moreover, if some library requires this one, you must require both of them in your project due to minimum stability flag.
