"Jenkins master pod" term needs to be changed

As decided in August 2016, the Jenkins project deprecated the "master" term and replaced it by "controller". The Jenkins operator project uses the "Jenkins master pod" which needs to be replaced in the codebase and the documentation. The term is yet to be decided, see https://groups.google.com/g/jenkinsci-dev/c/x5vdlJDvntw for the discussion.

2. Agree on the new term
3. Update the codebase and the docs
