We need instructions for all of the CI jobs for Jakarta EE specs.
Which jobs to run before publishing the API, TCK releases?
CI job names (https://ci.eclipse.org/)
For a new project, you need to get the jobs added to the CI job website mentioned as above.

E.g. Prefix with Jakarta or suffix with
Issue for naming CI job
