Using Visual Studio2019 to open ippsample.sln, compiling many errors, such as, extern bool cupsArrayAdd(cups_array_t *a, void *e) _CUPS_PUBLIC; Browsing operations around this macro may fail. Please consider adding it to the prompt file.
Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Not sure what is generating these errors, but if you can include the error messages here I might be able to help you.
