Is this the right place to submit this?

  • This is not a question about how to use the sail-operator

Feature Description

New File-based catalog (FBC) support has been announced so we should use it for our community operator. This will allow us to remove old bundles with incorrect versioning.

AC:

  • our nightly releases are done using new FBC workflow
  • our documentation and release checklist is updated
