Lorsque le plugin n'arrive pas à se connecter à l'API Isogeo cette erreur est générée

INFO - 2022-09-12 16:00:42,615 - [1] C:\Users\JulieGROSMAIRE\Documents\plugin-arcgis-pro\Models\Network\RestFunctions.cs:121 - Connexion impossible. Verifiez votre connecion internet.

Corriger la faute et rajouter un message sur le proxy : "Vérifiez votre connexion internet et vos paramètres de proxy".
