solved it, used xterm instead of xgterm in installation and it worked |

I am installing iraf 2.17. and after running ./install installation completed with no errors in shown. I have also used the default directory in installation. but when I run make linux64 the following command is shown.
make: *** No rule to make target 'linux64'. Stop.
