Add file version support

In the invenio-files-rest the file version is supported. It includes upload a new version, retrieve a specific version, list all versions as described here:

https://invenio-files-rest.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html#serving-files

It would be nice that all theses features are supported by default by invenio-records-resources.
