RFC update issues

Hi!

I've created a project to start tracking a bit what tasks are still missing, and what is already done, but for the looks of it all the issues here are quite outdated.

@mvesper can you take a look and close all the issues that are outdated? Also can you add any that are missing? (even if the issue is just "waiting for inveniosoftware/invenio-whatever#123"), that will help me have an overview of the current status, and be able to help a bit with it.

@david-caro thanks, however it would make more sense to add proper labels since many issues are from Invenio 1.x times.

PS: What about using similar columns as we do for https://waffle.io/inveniosoftware/invenio ?

IMHO this is not really an issue, but it should be done by package maintainer and service manager (cc @ludmilamarian @egabancho).

I did not know that there were official package maintainer and service manager. In any case, I have some time to spend on this project, @egabancho @ludmilamarian let me know how/if I can help.
