View proposal version history in proposal details modal

Description

A view inside the proposal details modal that shows users the history of the key milestones in the proposal lifecycle. For example:

T1 = Proposal Created by User123
T2 = Proposal shared to Discovery Space by User123
T3 = Proposal published to Voting Space by User123
T4 = Proposal not funded in Campaign(X)
T5 = Proposal reassigned to Campaign(X+1) by User123

User Value

As a voter, I want to see the history of a proposal so that I can make an informed judgement on whether to vote for funding. Editing history helps me understand the evolution of the ideas over time, and the submission / voting history helps me understand what previous voters thought about the proposal.

UX Story

I'm viewing someone else's proposal in the Discovery Space or Voting Space. Inside the proposal details modal, I can click "See History" to view a timeline of important milestones since the proposal was created.

When I close the history view, I return to the main proposal details modal.

Acceptance Criteria

• Proposal details modal includes button to see history
• Proposal history timeline viewable in collapsible section or modal
• User can view / close history
